The Certified Financial
Planning Board of Standards, Inc. has recently accepted the Chartered Federal
Employee Benefits Consultants (ChFEBC℠) course for continuing education credits for
the CFP® certification.
CFP® Certificate holders must complete at least 30
hours of continuing education every two years, according to the Certified
Financial Planning Board of Standards, Inc website.
CFP® Certificants
get 10 continuing education credits (CEs) for taking the "live"
(2-day) ChFEBC℠ seminar, or 10 CEs for the independent study
ChFEBC℠ course.

The American College has recently accepted the
Chartered Federal Employee Benefits Consultants (ChFEBC℠) course for
PACE continuing education credits for designations from the American
College. 30 PACE continuing education credits (CEs) will be awarded for successfully completing the ChFEBC℠ exam.
