As a reminder, payment must be received before we can proceed in grading your exam, and renewing your designation. The fee schedule is as follows:
Renewal Fee $200.00 If you renew before December 31, 2009, a $50.00 discount will be given. If you renew after January 31, 2010, a $75.00 late fee per month will be charged, or revocation of your designation.. If you fail to renew, you will no longer be able to use the designation, and will have to reapply as a new applicant, and be subject to new fees.

If you're ready to take the RENEWAL EXAM, print it out, complete the exam, and then fax it to 720-536-3236.
